IF A BOOKING IS MADE THROUGH AN ACCOMMODATION AGENT , i.e. : Takeabreak , Stayz , Bookeasy etc. instead of directly to Yarra Glen BnB, by telephone , email or letter, an extra $10 a day is charged to the tarrif , to cover the third party booking accommodation agents fees that they will make to us .
All prices are per couple a night and include continental breakfast provisions.

Deposit: $50 to secure booking reservation
An Early Check-in/ Check out rate, for one hour , to a maximum of six hours , for one period only, is : $30 . For both Check-in and Check-out ( Two periods ) another $30 is charged . This deal is subject to availability and advanced agreement .
Cancellation terms: 3 full days notice before day of booking . Deposit may be transferred to another date.
No Minimum night stay on weekends but one night bookings of a Friday or a Saturday can only be accepted up to three weeks in advance of the booking date . (i.e. No one night bookings of a Saturday for a wedding six months in advance )
Special Event Weekends ( Concerts/Racing, etc. )The Tariff may vary, please enquire .
With respect to the environment and to keep our rates low, fresh replacement towels are supplied after the second nights stay ( The third morning ) and clean replacement bed linen after the third nights stay ( The fourth morning ) . This is now the accepted hospitality acommodation norm .
